Fits most Cummins 24 valve common rail HE351 turbo exhaust outlet flanges. Mild steel flange CNC machined in house. Available in 3.0″, 3.5″ and 4.0″ round outlet. Has 4.4″ total flange diameter, does not fit HE351 turbos with flange size other than 4.4″ total diameter flange. Pictures show diameter variations.
