Orders placed before 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday through Thursday are generally processed the same day after receipt of payment. Orders placed after 3 p.m. or outside of business hours will not ship until the following business day. Some orders may take up to 2 business days to process depending on the complexity of the product. If expedited shipping is required please contact our sales department prior to placing your order to ensure we can accommodate specific delivery requirements.
Please note that same day processing is not available on Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s Eve.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
After your order is processed, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Your shipment will arrive via UPS or USPS. Generally most packages are sent without the requirement of a signature upon receipt. Upon request, orders can be shipped requiring a signature upon receipt for an additional fee.
- Free shipping applies on most orders $75.00 and over that ship via ground service within the contiguous United States.
- Canadian and international orders are not eligible for free shipping. Orders shipping to these locations must be placed by phone.
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and United States territories are not eligible for free shipping. Orders shipping to these locations must be placed by phone.
- For any shipment method other than ground service, such as overnight shipping, you must place your order by phone so we can ensure that your order will be processed timely and accurately.
