Fit 1989 to mid-1998 12 Valve and mid-1998 to 2002 24 Valve 5.9L Cummins engine block. Billet front freeze plug features o-ring seal. Requires 2 each M8-1.25 x 25mm bolts for installation. Will not work with stock cooling fan.
