Fits 2003 to current 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins engine block. Billet rear freeze plug features countersunk mounting holes, 1/2" npt threaded center hole with plug (can be removed to accommodate coolant bypass). Design includes o-ring seal, and flat head Allen mounting bolts.
